A credit card is required to hold multiple appointment reservations.
Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services.
No show appointments are charged full price of services.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow to prepare for your special treatments.
We love children! However, for your relaxation and their safety please make child care arrangements for children during your salon and spa services.
Gratuities are not included in service prices.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for misplaced or lost gift cards.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
