Reservations

A credit card is required to hold multiple appointment reservations.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in services prices.

A Gratuity of 15% will be added to SPA PARTIES and groups of 4 or more.

Service

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment to allow preparation time for your spa service.

Children

We love children! However, for your relaxation and their safety, please make outside child care arrangements for children during your salon and spa service.

Cancellation

Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

PACKAGE Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of services.

SPA PARTY Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of services.

No-Show appointments are charged full price of services.

Gift Cards

We regret that we cannot be responsible for misplaced or lost gift cards.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
